THE
PRELIMINARY ASSESSMENT
  
The first step in the immigration process will be to assess
whether or not your application will be accepted by Canadian
immigration officials. Based on our experience and thorough
understanding of Canadian immigration law, we are in a
position to assess your qualifications. After preliminary
assessment we will advise you the chance you would have
before you incur any unnecessary expense.
Enabling us to assess your qualifications you are better to
provide us with details about your age, education, language
ability, work experience and if you have any family member
or relatives in Canada who are Canadian citizen or permanent
resident. A copy of your Resume will help us to get more
accurate information about you.

THE ASSESSMENT
  
After carefully analyzing your Preliminary Application Form,
We will write or fax you back with our assessment and advise
you whether or not you qualify for Immigration to Canada
and, if so, under which category. We will then send you our
retainer agreement and provide you with a price quotation
for our consulting and legal fees.

RETAINER AGREEMENT
  
After receiving our positive assessment, if you choose to
hire us, you will be asked to sign the agreement and send it
along with your first installment of the retainer to start
the application process.

DRAFT FORMS AND DOCUMENTS
  
After receiving your initial payment, we will send you all
of the necessary Application forms to fill them out.
We will also send you a checklist of all the supporting
documents that are required to accompany your Application.

PREPARING YOUR FORMS
  
We will review all of the material with which you have
provided us and we will commence the preparation of your
Immigration Application package. We will type all of the
required forms to ensure the completeness and accuracy so
that your package will not be sent back by the visa office.

PREPARING YOUR SUPPORTING DOCUMENT
  
We will carefully analyze all your supporting documents so
as to ensure that they coincide with the information that
you have provided us on your draft Application form as well
as with current Immigration Regulations and document
checklist.

SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION
  
Once your final Immigration Application package is
ready, we will review the revisions and submit them to the
visa office attached with the Counsel's Submission Letter.

THE INTERVIEW
  
When we receive of an interview notification, we will notify
you accordingly. we will prepare you for your interview and
provide you with valuable advice, assistance and counseling
to prepare you for your interview and to assist you in
improving your chances of success at the interview. |
